By creating an account, registering an athlete, making a payment or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a club, team or an underage athlete, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

Play 360 provides sports video analysis and editing tools, clip generation, statistics and athlete public pages, intended for amateur clubs, coaches, families and tournaments. We may improve, change or discontinue features at any time.

Certain features require legal capacity to contract. Underage athletes are registered by a holder of parental responsibility, who accepts these Terms on their behalf and is responsible for the use.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

Some features are paid (for example, the athlete clip package). Applicable prices, currency and conditions are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payments are processed securely by a payment provider; we do not have access to your full card details.

Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights remain, including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal.

By providing or uploading videos and images, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights and consents, including, for identifiable minors, the written consent of the holders of parental responsibility to capture and to publish.

You keep your rights in the content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, edit and make that content available as needed to provide the service.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, or to:

• Upload content you do not hold rights or consents for;
• Infringe the privacy, image or rights of third parties, especially minors;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or compromise the security of the service;
• Use the service in a way that harms Play 360 or other users.

The platform, software, the Play 360 brand and related content are owned by Play 360 or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play 360 is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these Terms or the law. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account.

We may update these Terms. The last-updated date is shown at the top. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the rights and jurisdiction the law grants to consumers.
